Charges: Possession of Child Pornography (10 counts)
On August 27, 2010, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Vice Section executed a court authorized search warrant at 942 Nina Elizabeth Circle in Brandon for the evidence of child pornography activity. As a result of this search a computer laptop was seized along with other items. The laptop revealed numerous images and videos depicting children between 5 and 12 years old engaged in various sexual activities. Rodriguez admitted to the offense and was arrested at the location. This investigation was initiated in July 2010 by the Vice Section.
