Deputies need assistance in locating a missing endangered adult who suffered a stoke and is unable to speak.
UDPATE: The missing endangered adult has been located and is safe.

Description: black male, 6' tall, 270 lbs., white hair and beard. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt,
blue jogging pants, blue baseball cap and unknown color sneakers.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating missing endangered adult, Rufus Palmer. Palmer was last seen at approximately 8:30 p.m. on February 3, 2010. Palmer suffered a stroke and is unable to speak and walks with a limp. Deputies searching overnight came in contact with a witness that said they had seen an individual matching Palmer's description in the area of North Blvd and 22nd.
