Update - Victim: Peter Hyman died Saturday, February 6, 2010 as a result of his injuries. Charge will now be Murder.
HillsboroughCounty Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the individual in the video.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred this morning at approximately 3:15 a.m. in front of the Tally Ho Pub located at 7402 North 56 Street.

black male with a light complexion, early 20’s, 5’10”, 170 – 180 lbs, with medium build and clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, red shirt, black jeans and white tennis shoes.
On February 5, 2010, at 2:45 a.m., the victim in this crime was involved in a verbal altercation with a group of individuals at the Tally Ho Pub. After the altercation the subjects left the establishment. A short time later the victim also left the establishment at closing time and proceeded to his vehicle in the parking lot. As the victim was sitting in his car, he was approached by an unknown suspect who shot him one time in the upper body with an unknown type of firearm. The suspect then fled the scene in possibly a 1990’s black Cadillac Escalade.
The suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, early 20’1, 5’10”, 170 – 180 lbs., with medium build and clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap, red shirt, black jeans and white tennis shoes.
While conducting the crime scene investigation, detectives obtained a photograph from one of the establishments video cameras of one of the subjects who had previously been involved in the verbal altercation with the victim. At this time we are seeking assistance of the public to help identify the person in the photograph. At this time, law enforcement would like to speak to the individual in the photo in hopes of garnering further information in the case.
