Detectives seek information in hit and run driver that killed a pedestrian.

On Sunday, February 14, 2010 around 7:05 p.m. a pedestrian was struck and killed on Balm Road & Grady Sweat Lane. The crash occurred when the pedestrian was walking on the westbound side of Balm Road
near the edge of the roadway and was struck by a 1992 – 1993 Pontiac Bonneville SE, green in color, that was traveling westbound. The vehicle skidded and rotated counter-clockwise across the roadway to the south side of the road, and the driver fled the scene in the vehicle undetected in an unknown direction. A Pontiac
emblem, paint and some red lens fragments were left at the scene.
The pedestrian died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
