    Aiding Escape

Deputies captured Jeston Morffy who was observed attempting to sneak back into his apartment.  When arrested, Morffy was still wearing the set of handcuffs attached to one hand.

Deputies were conducting surveillance on Morffy's apartment when they observed a vehicle pull up to the front of his apartment.  Three suspects exited the vehicle and went to the rear of the apartment.  Deputies approached the house and found Morffy and his accomplices entering the apartment through the rear sliding glass door.

Deputy Calderon seized Morffy's house keys during the earlier arrest.  Morffy's left his house keys behind after striking the deputy and fleeing on foot.
