This morning at approximately 6:30 a.m., Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office served Carlos Hernandez with a Domestic Violence injunction. Hernandez then went to his estranged wife’s place of employment on Fowler avenue where a confrontation occurred. Prior to fleeing the scene, Hernandez made some threatening statements reference their teenage son.
