When Deputy Julie Seale, attempted a traffic stop,   Ramsey (driver of the pickup) intentionally rammed the 2010 Crown Victoria marked unit driven by Deputy Seale and then fled the scene.  Deputy Seale was not injured.  The pickup truck driven by Ramsey fled the area with deputies in pursuit.  In the area of Wilder Road, north of Sam Allen Road, the pickup truck was abandoned and the occupants fled on foot. A K-9 unit responded and located the passenger of the pickup truck, Chester Garrett.

Roger Ramsey is still at large.  NOTE:  Ramsey has prior arrest and his mug shot can be found on the HCSO website.
