Details:
On October 13, 2010 at approximately 8:00 p.m., deputies were called to 12230 Dawn Vista Drive in Riverview in reference to what the witness (roommate) believed to be a burglary in progress. When deputies arrived they discovered a deceased male inside the home. The victim is the roommate of the witness. According to the witness, he heard a subject force his way into the home and get into a confrontation with the victim who was in separate bedroom. The roommate hid in his room on the floor. According to the witness, the male suspect told the victim to stay in his room. The witness cannot identity the suspect or describe the suspect other than the suspect was male. The investigation is ongoing and detectives do not believe that this was a random act.
