Suspects walk into jewelry store and proceed to take items in broad daylight.
1. White male, mid 30’s, 5’10”, 180 lbs., unshaven, yellow shirt over white undershirt, blue jeans and white Nike shoes. Had ¾ of right arm tattooed red, yellow and green. Also had a silver cap over one tooth on the bottom right side.
2. White male, early to mid 20’s, black shirt and blue jeans, clean-shaven and light hair.
Four door, possible Honda, red/maroon.
Hillsborough County detectives are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspects and vehicle in the grand theft that occurred on August 27, 2010 at Martin’s Jewelers located at 664 Oakfield Drive in Brandon.
The suspects arrived at the jewelry store in the vehicle seen in the photo. While inside the store, suspect #1 pried open a free-standing display case with an unknown object to gain entry to the cabinet. He then removed miscellaneous bracelets and placed them in his pockets, when he was confronted by an employee. The employee demanded that he stop taking items then pulled the suspects hands out of his pocket at which time 7 bracelets and miscellaneous cash fell to the floor. The suspect then fled the store to the listed vehicle and he and the other suspect left the scene.
