One suspect arrested and charged in connection with the armed robbery at the Steak and Shake on April 2, 2011.

Charges: Armed Robbery
Stinson was arrested on April 11, 2011 on unrelated charges and the armed robbery charge was placed on him April 12, 2011. Stinson was positively identified by a subject who was present during the robbery. Stinson is the suspect with the handgun. Stinson was previously employed at the Steak and Shake in 2010. The investigation continues.
#1 – Black male, 18-21 years of age, 5’7”, 180 lbs., Thin build and brown eyes. Wearing a black ski mask, black leather jacket, black gloves, dark pants, and black shoes. Suspect held the handgun in his right hand.
#2 – Black male, 22-29 years of age, 5’11”, 180 lbs., Thin build and brown eyes. Wearing a black ski mask, long sleeve black shirt, black glove on left hand, black jean pants with a white design on the right thigh and right rear pocket area and black tennis shoes. Armed with a bolt action rifle.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects believed to be responsible for three armed robberies.
On March 28, 2011 the suspects attempted to gain entry to the Liberty Tax Service located at 10827 Bloomingdale Avenue in Riverview. The suspected knocked at the back door but did not gain entry. One suspect was observed with what appeared to be a rifle.
On April 2, 2011, the suspects entered the Steak and Shake Restaurant located at 1402 Brandon Boulevard and at gunpoint robbed the business and the four employees before fleeing the scene. (Video and photos are on the HCSO website, Press Release 11-115)
On April 7, 2011, the suspects entered the Five Guys Burgers & Fries restaurant located at 1513 Brandon Blvd. West and looked around just prior to closing. The suspects hid in the victim’s vehicle and confronted him after he closed the restaurant. The armed suspects then escorted the victim back inside the business where they took cash from the business. (photo’s attached)
