Detectives locate the driver involved in the shooting at Legends Sports Bar.
Update: Driver of suspect vehicle arrested.
During the investigation detectives learned that a witness at the scene had obtained a vehicle description and tag number which resulted in identifying the driver of the vehicle in which the suspect fled. Brinser was arrested April 14, 2011 at 7:20 p.m. at his residence and charged with Armed Robbery with Firearm and Attempted Murder. Suspect is still at large.

Black male, 21 – 23 years of age, tall, skinny, dark complexion wearing black pants, black hoodie and red cap.
At approximately 2:15 a.m. deputies responded to the Legends Sports Bar located at 1339 East Fletcher Avenue in reference to a shooting. Deputies discovered the victim Lamario Kelly laying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound to the left shoulder area. The victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
According to the victim, he had exited the bar at closing and was walking to his vehicle when he was confronted by the armed suspect. The suspect stated “Give it up”; he took property (jewelry) from the victim and shot the victim. The suspect then fled the scene.
