On June 3, 2011 between 12:45 and 2:59 p.m., the victim was approached by an unknown black female who spoke with a Haitian accent and identified herself as “Shirley”. Shirley presented the victim with a wallet containing cash and a bag with small diamonds that she “found” in the parking lot. A second black female then approached the victim; Shirley advised she would sell the diamonds to the victim for a specified amount of money. The victim drove both suspects to her bank where the second female accompanied the victim inside while the victim withdrew cash. The victim drove the suspects to Lowes and the victim was told to enter the store. While the victim was inside Lowes, the suspect fled, in an unknown direction with the cash and diamonds. The photograph shown is of the second suspect who accompanied the victim into the bank.
