    Details:

Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office District Four detectives investigating a series of home invasions involving Hispanic victims in the Ruskin/Wimauma area. In each of the home invasion robberies, the suspects would force entry into the occupied residence. Once inside the residence, the suspects would threaten the victims with firearms and make a demand for cash. It is believed that the home invasions began in April and the latest occurred on September 4, 2011.

Detectives through criminal intelligence information were able to obtain a vehicle description of a possible suspect vehicle. On Thursday, September 15, 2011 during the early morning hours, a patrol deputy spotted a vehicle which matched the description of the suspect vehicle. The vehicle was stopped in the area of 4th Street and Camp Street in Wimauma which resulted in the arrest of four suspects (Guardarrama, Cruz, Torres and Martinez). Deputies recovered weapons and ski mask in the vehicle. Suspect Ever Hernandez was arrested at another location.

    The investigation continues.
