Holiday Sporting Goods Donation - “Replay Tampa Bay”:
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Glazer Family Foundation and Elder Automotive Group, presents REPLAY TAMPA BAY at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012.
The event will include the donation of an assortment of sporting equipment to the Family Enrichment Center, 1002. E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Tampa Bay Buccaneer players will be on hand to donate the sporting equipment, and families supported by the Center will be treated to ice cream and other goodies.
REPLAY TAMPA BAY is a community-wide program to solicit donations of new and gently used sporting goods to give to organizations dedicated to enriching the lives of families and children.
The Family Enrichment Center helps at-risk children and their caregivers with care skills, support and other services. The Center is a private, faith-based, not-for-profit child-placing agency founded by the College Hill Church of God in Christ in 1992. The Center is the only licensed minority-owned and operated child-placing agency in the southeastern United States, and provides care for approximately 250-350 children on a monthly basis.
