Deputies discover forty-two pounds of hydroponic marijuana with a street value of $126,000.00.

On December 12, 2012 at approximately 3:50 a.m. deputies responded to a disturbance at 8388 Crystal Harbour Drive #102. A witness reported to deputies that he heard glass break and observed two males running from the sound of the glass break and depart in a SUV. Deputies located the vehicle matching the description provided by the witness, and conducted a traffic stop.
Wiljovanny Camacho was within the vehicle and deputies noticed he was bleeding on his right wrist. It was determined Mr. Camacho had cut his wrist breaking the window of the apartment. Post Miranda, Mr. Camacho confessed the injury was sustained when he punched the window of the apartment.
Deputies responding in reference to the disturbance entered the apartment to check for any suspects or victims. Deputies noticed a strong odor of marijuana. Once deputies verified there were no suspects or victims within the residence, a search warrant was obtained. Approximately forty-two pounds of processed and bagged hydroponic marijuana was recovered as well as miscellaneous paraphernalia. The approximate street value of the marijuana is $126,000.00.
The apartment resident, Nelson Giovanni Copo was arrested and transported to the Hillsborough County Jail.
