    Victim:

    Raheem Davis
    DOB: 04/15/1999
    923 Fern Leaf Drive
    Ruskin, Florida

    Details:

On December 13, 2012, at 8:23 am, Raheem Davis was brutally attacked while at his school bus stop (7710 Causeway Blvd) by Jontae Dellano who was armed with homemade weapon consisting of a sock with padlocks. This weapon is commonly referred on the street as "sock-n-lock".

The investigation revealed the step-father knowingly drove Dellano to the bus stop and then encouraged him to attack Davis. During the attack, the step-father simply watched his step-son brutally attack Davis and did nothing to stop the attack. At the conclusion of the attack, the father drove his step-son back home. This attack was pre-planned and the father knew exactly what was to transpire. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

This incident stemmed from a fight two-weeks prior at the school they attend together. (AMI Kids, formerly known as Tampa Marine Institute).
