    Details:

On July 8, 2012 at approximately 5:00 a.m., the defendants removed a Caterpillar front end loader, and a GM dump truck registered to Better Roads, Inc. from an unknown location in Hillsborough County. At approximately 5:11 a.m., at the Bank of America located at 816 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Seffner, the defendants used the stolen Caterpillar front end loader to remove a drive through ATM Machine, which had cash and deposits inside.

The front end loader was abandoned just north of Taylor Road and Dr. MLK Blvd. after it was used to put the stolen ATM machine in the bed of the stolen GM Dump truck. The defendant and co-defendant transported the stolen ATM machine in the stolen dump truck to 7709 Williams Road, Seffner in attempts to conceal and hide it. The dump truck was abandoned west of Sligh Avenue and Williams Road.

The defendant and co-defendant returned to the ATM and made numerous attempts to remove the money from the machine, which were met with negative results. Late this afternoon deputies received information as to the location of the stolen ATM and when deputies arrived the suspects were arrested while still attempting to break into the machine. The suspects caused approximately $1,000 in damage.
