    Details:

On June 15, 2012 at approximately 2:50 p.m., a 1998 Ford Explorer driven by Michael Kryder was traveling southbound on South Kings Avenue at Coppertree Circle at approximately 35 MPH.

Apparently for unknown reasons, the driver, Michael Kryder lost control of the vehicle and drove off the roadway. The vehicle then rolled over onto its driver's side partially ejecting Tyler Stich and pinning him underneath the vehicle. Emergency medial personnel responded and declared Stich deceased at the scene.

HCSO traffic homicide investigators saw no evidence of alcohol or drugs as a contributing factor. Kryder voluntarily submitted to a blood draw for chemical testing. The vehicle is owned by Kryder's father.

    Next of kin were notified.

Tyler Stich was not wearing his seat belt.

No charges will be filed at this time pending further investigation.
