On October 9, 2012, at approximately 11:45 a.m., Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Tampa Police Department, US Marshals and HCSO K-9 Unit conducted a traffic stop at Valrico Road and Martin Luther King Boulevard. The suspect Phillip Waller was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder in the First Degree.
On 10/04/2012 at approximately 3:05 a.m., the suspect, 36 year old Phillip Maurice Waller, intentionally drove his truck into a residence located in the 5200 block of Morningview Walk in Plant City. Prior to driving the truck into the home, the suspect had made threats to injure the occupants of the residence. Waller is also wanted by the Tampa Police Department for Armed Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault, and Felony Domestic Violence Battery.
