On September 26, 2012, at approx 6 p.m., deputies responded to 11404 Laurel Brook Court in reference to a trespasser. Deputies met the homeowner, Gines Flaque, who advised that an unknown family was discovered living in his house. The house was vacant prior to this incident because of Chinese drywall. The homeowner, Gines Flaque requested the people residing in his house be trespassed.

Deputies obtained the names of the people residing in the house and advised them to vacate the premises. Tami Robinson advised she obtained an adverse possession from the court and believed she was residing in the house legally. On October 2, 2012, deputies responded back to 11404 Laurel Brook Court to confirm the parties had vacated the premises which they had.

On October 7, 2012, at approximately 6:42 p.m., deputies responded to 11521 Crestlake Village Drive. Deputies made contact with Samantha Magras, who stated she just recently moved into the residence. Magras also stated she did not purchase and is not renting the residence. She stated her friend; Tami Robinson is filing for adverse possession. She advised deputies she had a locksmith change the locks. The property owner/victim is an active member of the United States Air Force and currently on active duty.
