On October 25, 2012, deputies arrested Quentin Moore on charges of Criminal Use of Personal Identification, Fraudulent Use of Credit Card and Grand Theft.
The incident occurred on September 10, 2012 at approximately 1:41 a.m. at the Walmart located at 2701 Fletcher Avenue E. The suspect Quentin Moore purchased approximately $1,509.24 in Moneypak Cards. Moore willfully and without authorization fraudulently used the victim’s personal identification to open a VISA Account Now Debit Card. The card was funded with Department of Treasury Tax Refund money totaling approximately $8,901.00.
Quentin Moore was arrested and transported to the Hillsborough County Jail.
