Suspect Wanted For Aggravated Battery Arrested In Bronx

Update – September 19, 2012:
Suspect Dylan Landvreugd has been arrested in Bronx, New York. Detectives developed information leading to his possible whereabouts in New York. The U.S. Marshals Service located Landvreugd on September 18, 2012 and he was taken into custody without incident. Landvreugd is being held at Rikers Island. Landvreugd is awaiting extradition back to Hillsborough County.

Warrant issued for :Aggravated Battery with great bodily harm
News Release 12-141:
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputies have issued a warrant for the arrest of Dylan Landvreugd for Aggravated Battery With Great Bodily Harm in reference to an incident that occurred on April 15, 2012 at 5:40 p.m.
While in Walmart the suspect, Landvreugd and the victim, Travis Gray became involved in a verbal dispute. The two individuals are known to each other. The verbal dispute started while in the store and the suspect then follows the victim out of the store where he is seen on surveillance video around the side of the store removing a 9mm handgun from the front of his waistband. Landvreugd then shot the victim twice in the lower torso. The victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
The suspect is known to frequent the area of 140th Avenue East and 15th Street North.
