    Two Students Arrested After Setting Off Acid Bomb

    Charges:

    • Possession/Discharge of weapon on school property
    • Disruption of school function

    Details:

    Two 7th grade students were arrested after setting off an acid bomb at the school. At approximately 9:08 a.m. during class changes a small explosion occurred on a walkway on the east side of the school between two buildings. There were no injuries and no property damage. The school was placed on lockdown and as a result of the investigation; two students were taken into custody and charged with Possession/discharge of a weapon on school property and disruption of school function.
