Later on February 15, 2013, Jeanella Pollock hired a locksmith and had the locks changed on the residence. Pollock and her husband along with her teenage children moved into the residence and took up occupancy. Pollock also activated water and electric service at the residence.
Jeanella Pollock and her family have since moved from the residence once informed of the investigation. On August 15, 2013, Pollock was arrested at her new place of residency within Hillsborough County.
