    DOB: 02/09/1947
    11029 Airview Drive

Details: (Information from the Criminal Report Affidavit)

For approximately 3 years, the victim had been bedridden as a result of rheumatoid arthritis. As a result of her condition, she had to rely exclusively on her family members to include the defendant(s) for her care.

During the three year time period, the victim developed ulcers/bed sores which were not properly treated and became so advanced, insect activity (maggots) became active on and inside the victim's body.

Additionally, one bed sore was so advanced, it developed into a permanent open wound, which fully exposed the back of the victim's ribcage, thus leaving rib bones exposed to open air. Bandages were applied to the victim, but not properly changed thus becoming fused in the wounds.

Upon the victim's death, her bed sheets were found to be stuck to her back. Additionally, the victim emitted a strong overwhelming smell of decomposition, feces and urine. The victim remained immobile for such an extended period of time, the skin on her legs became fused together. The victim died on October 25, 2012.

On October 26, 2012 the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner's Office conducted an autopsy and based on conclusion and reviews of toxicology reports, testimony from expert(s), the Medical Examiner's Office ruled the manner of death as a Homicide (neglect of care givers). The Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office filed the criminal charges indicting all four defendants.

A warrant has been issued for Osmond Ignatius Winston DOB: 09/24/1967, 12123 Tree Haven Ave, Gibsonton, Florida for Aggravated Manslaughter of the Elderly/Disabled. Osmond Winston is possibly out of state.

The other three individuals were arrested without incident and are currently in the Hillsborough County Jail with no bond.
