Charges: Felony Murder
Aggravated Abuse of a Disabled Adult

On January 27, 2013 at approximately 1:32 p.m., the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call reporting an injured/sick person at 11213 Hobart Court in Seffner. Upon arrival, deputies and paramedics discovered the victim, Mary Baker, lying on her back in the bedroom of the residence. Also at the scene was, Timothy Harrison, the victim's boyfriend and caretaker.
Deputies and paramedics examined and treated the victim; however, she was pronounced deceased at 2:03 p.m. During the initial investigation, at the incident scene, Timothy Harrison was interviewed. In the interview, Harrison indicated he took care of the victim, a quadriplegic, and dispensed her medication. The call was then upgraded to a death investigation.
On January 28, 2013 an autopsy was conducted on the victim by the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner's Office. At that time, the cause and manner of death were pending the results of toxicology tests. Toxicology tests later indicated that the victim had extremely high levels of the drugs "Fluoxetine" and "Bupropion" in her system. The Hillsborough County Medical Examiner's Office determined that the victim died from prescription medication toxicity.
Between the dates of 01/24/2013 and 01/27/2013, Harrison was responsible for feeding the victim and administering all of her medications. Harrison administered lethal amounts of prescription drugs to the victim. Also during that time, Harrison did commit Aggravated Abuse of a Disabled Adult by intentionally administering a lethal dose of prescription medications to the victim causing great bodily harm and ultimately her death.
Timothy Harrison was arrested on September 20, 2013 and charged with Felony Murder and Aggravated Abuse of a Disabled Adult.
