On February 6, 2014 at 9:48 a.m., HCSO County Parks Unit deputies responded to 7822 Lithia Pinecrest Road to investigate a complaint that there were people living on Hillborough County Parks property that was closed to the public. The property is a wooded lot which is located next to Pinecrest Elementary School. Upon arrival, deputies found two tents which contained ammunition, one loaded rifle, one unloaded rifle, a loaded handgun and several products that are used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. Deputies removed the firearms from the tents and conducted surveillance nearby awaiting for someone to arrive. At approximately 11:35 a.m., Trinity Tucker drove onto the property in his truck with Michelle Kolvinsky in the passenger seat. Both entered the tents and upon exiting, were met by deputies. Kolvinsky was trespassed from the property and Tucker was arrested and taken to Orient Road Jail. Tucker was found in possession of a concealed loaded automatic handgun and methamphetamine at the time of arrest. Deputies believe he had been living on the property for about 4-6 weeks.
