Quarterly Awards Ceremony to Honor Employees and Citizens:
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Quarterly Awards Ceremony is set for March 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Falkenburg Road Jail Assembly Room. HCSO personnel will be recognized for valor and exceptional work performance. Also recognized will be recent retirees, employees for longevity of service and honor citizens who helped save lives and who helped catch criminals. Civilian Employee of the Quarter as well as Deputy of the Quarter will be recognized.
Deputy Douglas Duvall is being awarded the National Sheriff’s Association Medal of Valor due to risking his own life and saving an individual from a sink hole after the individual’s brother disappeared in the sink hole in Seffner.
