Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies are investigating what appears to be a drive-by shooting that occurred at 807 Joe McIntosh Road in Plant City.
At approximately 3:29 a.m. multiple gun shots where fired at the residence located at 807 Joe McIntosh Road in Plant City. A family of four (mother, father, 15-year-old brother and 12-year-old sister) were inside at the time. The 12-year-old female (MacKenzie Creech) was asleep in the front bedroom and suffered non life-threatening gunshot wounds to both calves. She was airlifted to Tampa General Hospital. No one else in the house was injured.
The investigation continues.
