    Details:

On December 9, 2015 at approximately 10:33 p.m., the suspect vehicle was involved in a drive-by shooting in the area of 7504 Turtle View Drive. At approximately 11:08 p.m., deputies located the suspect vehicle at the Chevron located at 402 S Hwy 41 in Ruskin. HCSO Aviation, District IV Patrol units and District IV Street Crimes A-Shift responded and surveillance was conducted on the vehicle. The vehicle made a stop and dropped off Josue Clavel. While other units were making their way to the area, Aviation observed the suspect vehicle appear to purposely drive off the road and strike what appears to be a dog that had crossed the road. Moments later patrol units moved into place for a high risk traffic stop at 41 Highway South and 14th Avenue Southwest and detained Jorge Davila and Alejandro Navarro. Deputies returned to the home where one subject was dropped off and arrested Josue Clavel. Throughout the investigation it was determined that Jorge Davila and Josue Clavel were the suspects that entered the Westco and were seen on surveillance tape during the armed robbery. Alejandro Navarro was the driver of the getaway vehicle during the robbery. The dog that was hit was never located after the incident. The investigation continues and more charges may be forthcoming
