Charges: Driving with License Canceled, Suspended or Revoked (3rd Offense), Leaving Scene of a Crash with Injury
On December 15, 2015 at 7:04 p.m., deputies arrived on scene of a hit and run crash with injuries on Dr Martin Luther King Jr Bl E. just west of the I-4 overpass, involving a silver Nissan Altima and a white Oldsmobile Aurora. The white Oldsmobile left the scene prior to law enforcement arrival. While on scene, EMS advised a deputy of a wrong-way driver (possibly the vehicle involved in the hit and run); a white 4-door sedan went over the positive median and traveled eastbound in the westbound lanes and corrected itself underneath the I-4 overpass. The vehicle then parked at the BP gas station located at 6605 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Bl E. A deputy made contact with a vehicle with front end damage attempting to leave the parking lot. The driver of the Nissan Altima positively identified Tamika Davis as the driver of the white Oldsmobile aurora involved in the crash. Davis was arrested for Driving with License Canceled, Suspended or Revoked (3rd Offense) and Leaving Scene of a Crash with Injury.
