    Details:

On December 16, 2015, District III Street Crimes B Shift units executed a court authorized search warrant at 8010 Hiawatha St. W. This was the culmination of a month-long investigation stemming from a citizen complaint. Prior to the execution of the search warrant, deputies conducted surveillance and saw the targets' supplier, German Camacho Montero, arrive at the residence. As Montero departed the residence, deputies conducted a traffic stop, seized a trafficking amount of heroin (approx. 4+ grams) along with $750.00 in US currency, and placed him under arrest. Deputies arrested the primary target, Dailin Ferrales, as she exited the residence. Deputies made contact with Ferrales' mother, Octavia Rivero, at the door of the residence. Rivero refused to open the door after several knock and announces. Deputies forced entry and discovered Octavia Rivero was attempting to destroy evidence. Deputies subsequently searched the residence and seized quantities of heroin, Oxycodone and other prescription pills. All three subjects were transported to Orient Road Jail.
