    Details:

    On January 15, 2015, District 4 Street Crime Unit deputies with assistance from District 4 ILP detectives executed a court authorized search warrant at 4901 83rd Street S in Tampa. Deputies seized 6.5 lbs of marijuana (valued at $27,000), 9mm Smith & Wesson handgun, Stevens 20 gauge shotgun, four 20” Lorenzo rims, $4,501 US currency and miscellaneous gold jewelry. Darrell Sebron Doby, Jr. was arrested for Felon in Possession of Firearm, Felon in Possession of ammunition, Maintaining a Drug house, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Derron Tyrell Doby was arrested for Maintaining a Drug House, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

    Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested Darrell Doby in 2004 for First Degree Murder of Danielle Miller. He was released from prison June 20, 2014.

    Media Release 04-461:

    The suspects entered the Subway Sandwich Shop located at 8019-A W. Hillsborough Avenue and forced the two employees into the kitchen area.  They removed the cash drawer and fired multiple rounds at he victims, striking both.  Danielle Miller, 22, died as a result of her injuries.  The second victim, Dorothy Hayes, 37, survived her injuries.
