3226 Deerfield Drive

On February 27, 2015 at approximately 4:00 p.m., deputies responded to a shots fired call at 3208 Deerfield Drive in Tampa. Once on scene, the victim, Donald Hoke, was observed lying on the south side of the residence with gunshot wounds to his stomach and upper thighs. Donald Hoke stated that he was robbed at gunpoint by four black male suspects. The one suspect that shot him was armed with a black .22 rifle. Deputies then responded to the incident scene which was 3226 Deerfield Drive, to look for any other victims or suspects. Consent to search the residence was obtained from the owner and patrol cleared the residence. The suspects took Donald Hoke's phone, money and earrings, as well as the other victim's property. EMS transported Donald Hoke to Tampa General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Detectives responded, interviewed other robbery victims, and identified some of the suspects. During the course of the investigation, Erik Levy was identified as a suspect. A warrant was issued for his arrest and was executed on March 4, 2015. This incident is still under investigation.
