This is the 12th indoor marijuana grow operation that HCSO has investigated in 2015.

On May, 8th 2015, detectives with HCSO's Special Investigations Division along with deputies from Patrol District 1 responded to 2410 Tangerine Hill Court, Lutz, FL in reference to a narcotics tip from Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay.
Detectives made contact with Todd Steven Lippman and obtained verbal and written consent to search the residence. During the search, detectives located a shed in the rear of property with a small second floor converted for the sole purpose of cultivating marijuana.
Detectives discovered and seized 20 marijuana plants, 18 seedlings, 2 ballasts, and two 1000 watt sodium vapor bulbs with ceiling shields. Detectives arrested Lippman and charged him with cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
This is the 12th indoor marijuana grow operation that HCSO has investigated in 2015. Lippman was booked into the Hillsborough County Orient Road Jail without incident.
