    Details:

Hillsborough County, FL (Thonotosassa) - On September 15, 2015, deputies responded to 10801 Main Street in Thonotosassa to search for Tony Salinas Jr. who had an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation. When deputies arrived, they discovered three dogs on the property that were suffering from abuse.

During the subsequent investigation, deputies determined that Salinas and Dickson, who own the dogs, deprived two of the dogs (photos #1 and #2) of nutritional support (food and water) which resulted in excessive or repeat infliction of unnecessary pain or suffering.

The couple's third dog, (photo #3) was deprived of nutritional support (food and water) which resulted in a cruel or inhumane suffering.

Investigators with the Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center assisted in the investigation and seized the dogs for medical care.

Salinas and Dickson were both transported to the Hillsborough County Orient Road Jail.
