Black or dark-skinned Hispanic male, 25-35 years of age, 5'10”, 190 lbs. Last seen wearing a two-toned baseball cap, metal-framed glasses, a light covering over his face, a white t-shirt with dark blue sleeves and dark-colored pants.
Older model, light blue/gray Honda, possibly a 2-door Civic.
Nickel-plated, semiautomatic handgun, possibly a .380 or 9mm.
On June 7, 2016 at approximately 1:19 p.m., an unknown male suspect, armed with a semi-automatic handgun, entered the Advanced Auto Parts located at 1029 Bloomingdale Ave. He immediately walked behind the parts counter and confronted the store manager. The suspect then forced the manager and a co-worker to open the safe and two cash registers and place an undisclosed amount of cash into a plastic bag. The suspect then ran out of the store and got into a vehicle that was waiting outside with a driver. Witness observed an older model, light blue/gray Honda, possibly a 2-door Civic, flee the scene.
