On November 3, 2016 at 8:19 a.m, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office received a residential burglary call. The caller stated they saw three subjects stealing lawn equipment from the garage of the residence located at 9825 Sorbonne Loop. As deputies were responding, they located the suspect vehicle, a Chevy Tahoe, near Hwy 92 with the license plate covered. The suspect vehicle continued onto Hwy 301, then I-4 and finally came to a stop in a ditch line near Orient Rd and I-4. Two suspects, Louanna Tallent (passenger) and David Dixon (driver), bailed from the vehicle, but were taken into custody by deputies and will be booked into Orient Road Jail. A third suspect, Michael Moncrief, was located on CR-579. Moncrief resisted with violence, but was taken into custody. He will be booked into Orient Road Jail. The victim's lawn equipment was located in the suspect vehicle.
