1. Black male, 18-25 years of age, possible black goatee, short black hair. Last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black jean shorts and black shoes.
2. Black male, 18-25 years of age, short black dreadlocks. Last seen wearing a black t-shirt and dark blue jeans.
Dark pick-up truck (possibly gray or black), unknown make of model.
On October 1, 2016 at 1:00 a.m., unknown suspects made unlawful entry into the victim's unlocked vehicle at 11219 Bloomington Dr. The victim's Visa debit card was among multiple items removed. Between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., the victim's debit card was fraudulently used in multiple transactions at the Family Dollar stores located at 5024 E. 10th Ave. and 4002 N. 50th St. The unknown suspect(s) also used the stolen debit card to make multiple purchases at the Quick Stop Meat Town and Food Market located at 7626 N. 56th St. Video surveillance was obtained from both Family Dollar stores and shows two black males initiating the transactions with the victim's debit card. The suspects were seen leaving the scene in an unknown make/model, dark-colored pick-up truck.
