Stolen/Recovered white Chrysler Town and Country minivan
On August 23, 2017 at approximately 3:40 am, three unknown suspects unlawfully entered the McDonald's by smashing the side window of the business to gain entry. All three suspects were wearing masks. Once inside, suspect #1 used a yellow pair of bolt cutters to cut the single wire to the ATM and knocked over the ATM. Suspects 1 and 2 pushed the ATM out of the McDonald's through the point of entry. All three suspects carried the ATM which contained an undisclosed amount of money out to a minivan and then fled through the parking lot and west onto South Mobley Road towards Race Track Road. The suspect vehicle (stolen/recovered Chrysler Town and County minivan) was located in a pond at 423 Lafayette Boulevard in Oldsmar, with the remains of the stolen ATM. The rear seats of the minivan were removed by the suspects and remain stolen along with the case.
