The following information has been transcribed from the HCSO Criminal Arrest Affidavit;
"On 10/13/2017 at approximately 6:25 pm, the listed defendant (an attorney, who is a member of the Florida Bar association #899811) entered the Falkenburg Road Jail under the guise of official attorney business. The defendant entered a secure, un-monitored, attorney client privilege visitation room. Once inside the room, the defendant engaged in sexual conduct where the inmate he was there to see performed oral sex on him. The defendant took digital media (pictures) of the encounter on an electronic tablet. The photos were later discovered as part of another investigation into the same activity at the Pinellas County Jail Pinellas County Case #SO17-381365 during a court authorized search warrant). A review of the inmates jail calls, showed, on 10/12/2017 the defendant and the inmate had a five minute and 10 second call in which they discussed the defendant depositing $10 on the inmates account and the inmate agreeing to bartering the $10 off the following day. It was confirmed the defendant did deposit the $10 into the inmates account on 10/12/2017. The visitation on 10/13/2017 by the defendant was confirmed via jail records. The parties also discuss when the best time to conduct the meeting so they will not be seen will be. The inmate in the recovered pictures has been positively identified by her mother. All incidents occurred within Hillsborough County. The inmate's cases were researched through the SAO Case management system and no cases were found indicating the defendant ever represented the inmate in any court proceedings".
We are not identifying the inmate at this time as the investigation continues.
