On February 25, 2017 at 8:10 p.m., an unknown suspect approached the victim while at the Suncoast Credit Union ATM. The suspect brandished a silver, .40 caliber handgun and demanded the victim's money. The suspect obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and the victim attempted to take possession of the firearm. During the struggle, the weapon was discharged. The suspect then fled westbound on foot.
