On Monday, August 31, 2015 at approximately 1:01 p.m., the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Fellowship Cemetery located at 10232 State Road 674 in Wimauma. This was in reference to an unresponsive male lying in the cemetery. Upon arrival, it was determined the victim was deceased and had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. It is believed the victim arrived to the cemetery in the evening hours of Sunday, August 30, 2015. The victim’s 2005, black Hummer was located close the victim. There are no indications of a robbery and no known connection between the cemetery and the victim. Investigation revealed the victim was from the Town & Country area, however he frequently was seen in the Wimauma area. The victim’s death is determined to be a homicide.
