Suspect seen in surveillance photos quickly makes a withdrawal from victim's account.
Suspect:
Black male, 20 to 25 years of age, approximately 6' tall, thin build, black hair and a black goatee. Suspect was last seen wearing a black do rag, black t-shirt with the emblem A / X on the front and red shorts.
Details:
On August 8, 2017, an unknown black male made two fraudulent deposits into the complainant's account using the complainant's card number and PIN. The suspect then made a withdrawal shortly after making the deposits.
