This is the fourth installment of the motivational photo which first started during Sheriff Cal Henderson’s tenure. Aside from the tradition aspect of the photo, the purpose behind the ongoing project has a practical meaning – recruitment and motivation, said Sheriff Chronister.
“Tools of the trade is the perfect way to highlight the diversity of people that make up our agency and the opportunities they share within it.You just don’t realize how much this Agency does until it is laid out like we did in this photo,” said Sheriff Chad Chronister. “I know it served to remind me how serious we are at keeping the people of this County safe by investing in all these different human and material resources. I am positive it will have the same effect on people looking to join our ranks as well as the deputies that wear the badge today."
