Paul Rivers and James Bush were arrested in connection with the shoplifting theft at Lowe's on January 12, 2018. Rivers made two separate pawn transactions for the Hitachi Nail gun and the DeWalt Combo kit.

On January 12, 2018, at approximately 6:27 p.m., a white male suspect entered the store and selected a DeWalt Combo kit valued at $259.00 and Hitachi nail gun vauled at $339.00. He then exited the store with the merchandise without paying for it. He fled in a possible maroon and tan 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
