Dr. Neal Stubbs Orthodontics, in partnership with the HCSO, is offering a unique opportunity to win free dental work.
As the new school year approaches, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is partnering with a Brandon-based orthodontist to offer one lucky student the chance to win a free, brand new smile! We are asking for the media's support in helping to spread the word to local families.
Many parents can tell you, a set of pearly whites doesn't come cheap, often costing between $3,000-$7,000.
Dr. Neal Stubbs Orthodontics, in partnership with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, is offering a unique opportunity to win free dental work through our "Perfect Smile" competition.
From now through Friday, July 20, 2018, Hillsborough County children under the age of 18 can submit a drawing showing their idea of a "perfect smile." The winner will receive a "back to school smile," free of charge, through Stubbs Orthodontics.
The rules for the contest are as follows:
-- All sections of the application need to be completed in full.
-- Application must be typed or hand written legibly in ink.
-- Child MUST have permanent teeth to participate.
-- Child must be under 18 years old.
-- Child must be a Hillsborough County resident.
-- Parent(s) will need to display proof of financial need.
-- A home visit will be required.
-- Parent(s) must provide transportation for the services.
-- All HCSO families are excluded from the contest.
-- ONLY one contest winner will be selected.

Applications will be accepted until the deadline of July 20th, 2018. Participants must return the application, a photograph of your child’s teeth and a color copy of your child’s drawing to the HCSO Community Outreach Division electronically.
