Joseph Ervin Brown
A man wanted for murder in Tampa has been arrested in Atlanta.
A warrant was issued for Joseph Ervin Brown, 26, last December for First Degree Murder and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Brown is linked to a homicide that occurred on December 31, 2018, when Isaiah Lee Morrison was found shot at 13415 Nebraska Avenue in Tampa. Morrison died from his injuries at Tampa General Hospital. Brown will be transported by authorities from Atlanta back to Hillsborough County. A previous booking photo is attached.

Isaiah Lee Morrison
On December 31, 2018, at 12:31 p.m., a homicide investigation took place at 13415 Nebraska Avenue. The victim, who has been identified as Isaiah Lee Morrison was located with a gunshot wound and succumbed to his injuries at Tampa General Hospital. The next of kin has been notified. HCSO Detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Joseph Ervin Brown in relation to this case and are asking the public for help in locating him. The warrant was issued for 1st Degree Murder and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who comes in contact with him should call 911 and not approach him. NOK has been notified of the arrest.
