    Stabbing Suspect Arrested

    He stabbed the victim in the upper back before taking his wallet and fleeing south on Roosevelt Street.

    Luke Mark Anthony Debi
    DOB: 6/15/1983

    A warrant was issued for Luke Mark Anthony Debi, 35, after an incident on January 30, when Debi robbed and stabbed a male victim near the intersection of Roosevelt Street and Nundy Avenue in Gibsonton. He fled on foot.  Debi was located and arrested on Sunday, February 10. He is now facing charges of Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and Aggravated Battery with a Weapon.

    The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is searching for two people linked to a violent robbery in Gibsonton.

    Around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, a male victim was approached by Luke Debi (DOB: 06-15-1983) and Genipher Mayeur (DOB: 11-05-1991) near the intersection of Roosevelt Street and Nundy Avenue in Gibsonton. Debi stabbed the victim in the upper back before taking his wallet and fleeing south on Roosevelt Street. Mayeur is not a suspect in the robbery, but she is wanted for questioning as a witness. All three subjects involved are believed to be homeless in the Gibsonton area.
