  • Paul Adee


    Major Paul Adee is the Commander of the Training Division. 

    Major Adee began his law enforcement career in 1988 with the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department in Rockford, Illinois.  After moving to the Tampa Bay area he joined the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in 1991.  Major Adee worked as a deputy and in various supervisory positions within all Hillsborough County detention facilities.  He has also served in a multitude of leadership and management capacities, such as, the Detention Training Sergeant, Transportion Bureau Commander, Judicial Protection Bureau Commander, and the Deputy Division Commander for Jail Division II.  Major Adee has also commanded all 4 divisions within the Department of Detention Services.

    Major Adee served his country honorably and is a veteran of the United States Navy.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University where he graduated with honors.  He is also a graduate of the Southern Police Institute's Command Officer's Development Course.
